Shipping Policy:
We understand that timely delivery of your purchase is important to you. That is why we work with reliable and trustworthy shipping carriers to deliver your order within the US. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days from the time of shipment. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but we cannot guarantee shipping times.

The rates for shipping will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

If you have a coupon for free shipping, you can apply it on the ‘cart’ page in the ‘Coupon code’ field.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at return@manguoz.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details above to arrange a refund or exchange.
